1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Eirock Health (“the Company”) and the individual or entity (“the Customer”) purchasing dietary supplements and related products through the Company’s website or distribution channels. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the terms set forth below.

2. Products and Services Provided
The Company offers health and wellness products including but not limited to:

  • Dietary supplements

  • Vitamins and minerals

  • Herbal products

  • Wellness formulations
    All products are intended for general health support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 The Customer agrees to use all products as directed and only for personal, lawful purposes.
3.2 The Customer affirms they are of legal age to purchase dietary supplements in their jurisdiction.
3.3 Customers should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement regimen, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, have any medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.

4. Payment and Orders
4.1 All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment is due at the time of order via accepted methods including credit/debit card, PayPal, or other listed options.
4.3 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.
5.2 Refunds are available for unopened and sealed products returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.
5.3 Opened, used, or tampered products are non-refundable unless defective.
5.4 If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 The Company collects personal information for order processing and customer support purposes only and processes such data in compliance with GDPR and Irish Data Protection law.
6.2 Customer data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Product Information and Medical Disclaimer
7.1 While the Company strives to ensure accurate product information, all content on packaging or the website is provided for informational purposes only.
7.2 The Company does not provide medical advice. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a balanced diet or medical treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. The Customer assumes full responsibility for use.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the European Union.
9.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

10. Amendments to Terms
10.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
